There is always something between what we see and what is really going on.
The decision and the reason behind it. The behaviour and what drives it. What we say we want and what we actually choose. The role we have and the person we are becoming.
Between Lines is a space to explore those gaps. Through behavioural science, leadership, culture and everyday life, I look at the ideas and patterns that influence how we think, behave and make sense of the world.
And now, that thinking extends into my coaching practice.
Because sometimes understanding a pattern is only the beginning. The more interesting question is what we do when we recognise it in ourselves. Coaching creates that space to pause, look at what is happening beneath the surface, and decide what comes next.
Between Lines is about both: Understanding behaviour and creating the space to change it.
