Navigating change. Finding your way forward.
Transitions are a part of life and work. Some are planned, others unexpected. A new role, a change in leadership, a career move or a shift in personal priorities can leave us questioning what comes next.
Between Shifts is about creating the space to pause, make sense of change and find your own way forward.
Where coaching can help
Organisational transitions
Restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, changes in leadership, evolving mandates and new ways of working.
Role transitions
Moving into a new role, taking on greater responsibility, changing functions, stepping into leadership or returning after a career break.
Women transitions
Returning to work, changing careers, navigating life-stage changes, stepping into leadership or rethinking priorities.
My coaching approach
Reflect. Reframe. Respond.
Reflect
Pause and understand what is happening, what is changing and what matters to you.
Reframe
Question assumptions, explore different perspectives and consider possibilities you may not have seen before.
Respond
Recognise the choices available to you and decide how you want to move forward, with greater clarity and intention.
Coaching is a partnership, not a prescription. I bring attentive listening, thoughtful questions and an understanding of workplace realities. You bring your experiences, perspectives and aspirations.
It is not about being given answers. It is about creating the space to arrive at your own.
What you can expect
A confidential space to explore what matters to you, challenge your thinking and identify meaningful ways forward.
The conversations are shaped around your needs. Between sessions, you have the opportunity to reflect, notice what changes and experiment with different ways of responding.
My approach draws on more than 25 years of corporate experience and my professional coaching training. I have completed PCC training with the International Coaching Federation and am working towards the required credential.
Every shift begins with a choice.
You may not be able to change every circumstance, but you can choose how you engage with it.
Sometimes, a different perspective is all it takes to find a new way forward.
Let’s start a conversation.
